If you would like to cancel your Use Tasks account for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

If you know your Use Tasks username and password:

Simply login to your account as an administrative user and click the 'Cancel Account' link that appears in the right corner of each screen of your Use Tasks account.

Note: this link is only available to users that have administrative privileges in Tasks Pro (multi-user) accounts. 

If you don't know your Use Tasks username and password:

1. On company letterhead, please request that your account be terminated (if you are an individual, we will need a copy of your valid drivers license or state issued photo ID)
2. A copy (front and back) of the credit card that your Use Tasks account is being charged to.
3. Please include your Use Tasks username or please reference an invoice #
