Do you offer phone support?

The answer for this is yes and no.  

For our dedicated server, colocation, development, or IT service customers, we offer 24x7x365 support via phone, email, or IM.

For our shared hosting customers, while we understand that many people prefer using the phone for support and for asking pre-sales questions, we regret that Austin Web Development does not offer free technical support or pre-sales support via telephone. This allows us to keep our product pricing low, and still offer phone service on a per incident basis to those who need it.  Should you want telephone support, you can contact us and we can arrange payment and a call at your connivence.
